ComEd will pick up your old, working fridge or freezer for FREE, recycle it in an environmentally responsible way, plus send you $50. Recycle a working dehumidifier or room air conditioner at the same time and get an additional $10 each.
Refrigerators and freezers must be between 10 and 30 cubic feet (interior) and working to qualify for this program. Use the calculator below for help in determining the size of your refrigerator or freezer.
