Do you have hot spots and cold spots in your home? Insulating and air sealing your attic and walls, and sealing air leaks in your ducts, are the most efficient ways to get comfortable and save money. We’ll do the work for you!
Customers can reduce energy use with FREE installation of the following FREE products:
We will replace the incandescent and halogen light bulbs throughout your home with ENERGY STAR® certified LED bulbs. These bulbs use about 75 percent less energy and last at least 15 times longer than traditional incandescent light bulbs.*
We will replace the manual thermostat in your home with a free programmable or ENERGY STAR certified smart thermostat. These will adjust temperatures automatically, limiting the amount of energy used when you are away or asleep. For the average American household, almost half the annual energy bill goes to heating and cooling – more than $900 a year. Being smart about how you control your temperature settings will help you save money and stay comfortable in your home.*
We will upgrade inefficient showerheads with energy-efficient showerheads. These use up to 20% less water than a regular showerhead, which means you’ll use less energy to heat the water.*
We will upgrade inefficient faucet aerators with energy-efficient aerators. These use up to 20% less water than standard faucets without aerators.*
We will insulate up to six feet of hot water pipe with insulation. This helps keep the water hot as it travels through water pipes.
We will install advanced power strips so you can save money when your entertainment or computer devices are not in use. These power strips also provide surge protection.
And more! You may receive even more products or services, depending on the needs in your home. Your energy advisor will discuss any additional opportunities with you.
