A facility assessment is a 2-hour walk-through of a facility or site. It resembles an ASHRAE Level 1 audit.
A data center assessment consists of a multi-day ASHRAE Level 2 audit. It can include CFD analysis and/or other advanced computer modeling.
A combined heat and power (CHP) assessments is a multi-day on-site assessment to determine the feasibility of whether or not to install a combined heat & power unit. View the

Projects recommended in a ComEd Facility Assessment may include measures requiring installation by an ICC certified installer.
Effective January 1, 2018, the ComEd Energy Efficiency Program is responsible for verifying that an installing contractor is certified
by the Illinois Commerce Commission for the installation of applicable measures prior to any incentive or rebate payout.
