Rebate Description

You may apply for the rebate if you interconnected after 8/11/22, the following terms will apply:

• For owner/operators of a generating system that is associated with Commercial Customers that are NOT part of the Residential or Under 100 kW Demand Class (competitively declared customers), or are CS Projects (For Community Solar, rebate recipients limited to project owner or operator; CEJA (Climate and Equitable Jobs Act) removes option for Community Solar beneficiaries and subscribers)
• $250/kW rebate for eligible distributed generation facility
• Generating system does not exceed 5,000kW
• $250/kWh rebate for eligible energy storage device associated with an eligible distributed generation facility
• Applicant need not apply for generation facility rebate to be eligible for storage rebate
• For owner/operators of a generating system that is associated with customers that are part of the Residential or Under 100 kW Demand Classes (non-competitively declared customers)
• $300/kW rebate for eligible distributed generation facility
• Generating system does not exceed 5,000kW
• $300/kWh rebate for eligible energy storage device associated with an eligible distributed generation facility
• Applicant need not apply for generation facility rebate to be eligible for storage rebate
• Retail customer associated with the premises for which a rebate has been issued will be required to take supply service under ComEd’s Rate BESH (Basic Electric Service Hourly)

SPWS Rebate

*Please note that this rebate is only available to projects with an energy storage facility with a nameplate capacity of 100 kW or more that participate in the PJM frequency regulation market.
