Hi, my name is Andi. I'm going to show you how easy it is to create an online ComEd account and discover ways that you can save money and manage your energy. Visit ComEd.com/MyAccount to log in or register. Once you're logged in, one of the first things you can do is compare your current bill to last month's bill, or even last year's bill, to see how your energy use compares. You can also look at your Bill Forecast to see what your next expected bill might be. It's important to note that it's not an actual bill, but will give you an idea of what to expect at the end of your billing period based on your current consumption. Billing notifications are great tools to stay on top of your energy use. High Usage Alerts look at your electric bill from last year and send an alert if this cycle's use has jumped significantly higher. If you want to be even more proactive, sign up for Weekly Usage Reports. These compare last week's use to this week's use, so you always know where you stand. They also show which day had the highest use, down to the hour, so you can truly understand where that higher use is coming from. After setting up billing notifications, go to My Account, My Usage, then View My Usage, to review existing cost and energy patterns. These graphs are overlaid by the temperature to provide you with additional insight into possible energy use fluctuations. In the Neighbors tab, you'll see a relative comparison of energy use between about 100 similar homes within a certain radius of yours. This is based on factors like type of building, square footage, type of heating and number of occupants. To increase the accuracy of the neighbor comparison, go to My Account and My Home Profile to add or change details about your home. Lastly, if you click on My Usage and then Tips, you'll find personalized suggestions based off the information you provided us in your home profile. These tips can help you find ways to save money and energy, by ease, by season, by cost and more. Educate yourself on the big picture to help you save money and energy in the long run. With all these incredible ways to use My Account, why wouldn't you get started? ComEd. Powering Lives.
