Sometimes we all need a little help. Take advantage of our financial assistance programs designed to lend a hand when you need it most.

For Residential Customers

If you need help paying off a large or past-due balance, a Deferred Payment Arrangement may be an option to consider.

Payment Arrangements

If eligible, you may extend your bill due date by up to 21 calendar days.

Due Date Extension

If you have experienced a hardship such as job loss, illness, military deployment or disability, you may qualify for help with past-due electric bills.

Residential Special Hardship

If you are an active military or veteran customer who has fallen behind on your electric bill, we proudly offer payment assistance options to help.
