Video Relay Service: ComEd participates in the Federal Video Relay Service (VRS). VRS allows customers with hearing and speech impairments to communicate via video conferencing through the Internet, via a web camera or video phone. This secure service uses certified Video Interpreters(VI) to sign conversations, in real time, between the customer and the interpreter. Get access to your account 24/7 without having to wait in line or on hold.
