Catch Up and Save

Catch Up and Save, helps eliminate a past due balance and provide stabilized monthly billing through new SARP enrollment alongside offering a FREE energy savings kit** which features products that help lower energy usage and improve the efficiency of your home.

To qualify, you must:

  • Have an active residential ComEd account (this is not for commercial customers)

  • Enrolled in SARP as of 1/7/23 or later

  • Currently not enrolled in PIPP

  • Household must be at or below 200% Federal Poverty Level 

  • Have not received a FREE energy kit in the past three years from a Community Action Agency

Availability: New SARP enrollments as of 1/7/23 or later. Customers not enrolled in SARP will not be eligible.

Please complete the form below to apply. You must add the name of the program (ex: Catch Up & Save) you are inquiring about in the “Please include any additional information you would like for ComEd to review” field below. An email will be sent to you once an update on the program is available.
