Call 1-800-EDISON-1 to get information updates about an area-specific outage. In severe weather, thousands of customers may be simultaneously calling the phone line. If you or any household member is experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately. Until your service is restored, we recommend that you seek shelter with a family member, neighbor or friend.
If you see a downed power line, STAY AWAY. Tell others to do the same. Call 1-800-Edison-1 immediately to report it.
