and prevent service interruptions. We offer several options.
Collection Arrangements
Reschedule your payment for up to an additional 21 days.
Deferred Payment/Installment Payment
Pay a past due amount over time.
Extended Due Dates
For eligible residential customers.
Limitations and restrictions apply
The collection arrangement is solely at the discretion of ComEd. This
arrangement does not prevent the assessment of a late payment charge, where
applicable. ComEd will need to verify your social security number or taxpayer
identification number at the time the collection arrangement is processed.
