Assisting customers with special hardship
ComEd’s Residential Special Hardship Fund provides a one-time variable grant of up to $1,000 to residential customers.
Qualifications
This fund applies to residential customers with household incomes up to 400% of the federal poverty level ($88,200 for a family of four) who identify a hardship issue — including documented medical, military, senior, or disability hardships among others.
