Upgrade your all-electric condo or apartment building
Overview
You can realize monthly savings on your energy and water bills if your condo/apartment building qualifies for an all-electric efficiency upgrade.
Building owners and property managers
If you own or manage an apartment or condo building in which the residential units have both electric space heating and electric water heating, you should take advantage of the energy-saving products and services we make available to you. For example, through ComEd's All-Electric Efficiency Upgrade Program, Honeywell technicians will:
- Install up to six compact fluorescent lights (CFLs).
- Replace your sinks' aerators with high-efficiency aerators that save water and energy.
- Install a new, efficient showerhead.
In addition to the efficiency upgrades listed above, the Honeywell technicians will also perform an energy assessment of common areas. This assessment can identify opportunities to cut energy consumption, save money, and implement efficiency upgrades that qualify you for monetary incentives through ComEd's Smart Ideas for Your Business Program.
