ComEd is proud to once again sponsor Smart Home: Green + Wired, powered by ComEd at the Museum of Science and Industry. The fully functioning, three-story modular Smart Home showcases ComEd’s electricity saving programs, demonstrates the latest in sustainable living, and offers simple ways to incorporate green living into any lifestyle.
As part of ComEd’s 2009 sponsorship, all ComEd customers are offered discounted Smart Home tickets from May 1 to 19 and from October 1 to 14. You can download and print the vouchers for May and October (pdf.)
The 2,500-square-foot home was originally open from May 2008 to January 2009, welcoming more than 100,000 guests on guided tours in its inaugural run. Smart Home: Green + Wired, powered by ComEd is located on the east side of the museum campus.
