Property owners and managers of multi-tenant residential buildings can reduce energy use with a FREE multi-family energy assessment and direct installation of free energy-saving products. ComEd has partnered with your natural gas company to bring electric and natural gas savings to you.
Once the property is enrolled and a FREE assessment is completed, trained technicians will install FREE energy-saving products throughout the tenant spaces. Installation of these products is also free, and may include:
Smart thermostats are available at a discounted price and can be installed for free in tenant units and common areas. Your energy advisor will review this option with you during your assessment appointment.
