Your innovative ideas could save you money. If you have an idea unique to your facility that could save electricity, the ComEd Energy Efficiency Program team wants to know about it. ComEd can help identify energy-efficiency projects and provide concierge services, such as application and calculation assistance. Qualifying projects can earn incentives up to $0.12 per kWh saved in the first year.
Involve ComEd before your project begins. Pre-approval is required; be sure to contact ComEd early (before you start your project). We can help verify your project eligibility and provide services that will help your project succeed.

Funds are limited and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Effective January 1, 2018, the ComEd Energy Efficiency Program is responsible for verifying that an Energy Efficiency Service Provider or installing contractor is certified by the ICC for the installation of applicable measures prior to any incentive or rebate payout.
Beginning June 1, 2019, ComEd will be responsible for verifying that certified Energy Efficiency Service Providers or installing contractors are recertified with the ICC. Payment will be withheld if the installing contractor is not re-certified by June 1st each year. This does not apply to customers who choose to self-install the applicable measure(s).
